What You Will Do:
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining computerized records of physical inventory on-hand through cycle counting and physical inventories.
- To perform cycle counts as directed by the ERP system for all virtual warehouses in the Distribution facility
- Maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility
- Control/isolate non-conforming product as defined by local work instructions
- Ensuring a conforming product mix facilitating efficient order fulfillment and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.
- Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections
- Maintaining product identification and locations
- Regularly training site staff in proper inventory control techniques and practices
- May have to substitute in a shipping or receiving role as workload dictates
What You Need:
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of related inventory or warehouse experience
Preferred
- 4 years of direct inventory control experience
- Above-average PC skills; JDE or SAP experience preferred.
