About the Role: Janitorial Floater
As a Floater you play a crucial role in our operations. Youll work across multiple buildings stepping in where needed to ensure consistent service and a clean safe environment for clients. Youll also support management in training new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover staff shortages at various client locations
- Maintain facility cleanliness to company standards
- Assist supervisors with onboarding and training new hires
- Learn and support multiple site-specific cleaning procedures
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation is required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior janitorial experience is a plus but not required we provide paid training!
