Supervisor Gypsum Stacks and Idle Plants

The Supervisor Gypsum Stacks and Idle Plants will plan and direct activities and resources to support the continuous operation and closure activities of gypsum storage areas pond water management areas Outfall systems Water Treatment Plants and Idle facilities.

What youll do

  • Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees and embedded contractors have a clear understanding of their work roles business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.

  • Manage and execute the daily operations schedule appropriately delegating tasks to assigned team and holding accountable to achieve short-term defined key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate daily operational plan to all parties involved. Work with Shift Teams on nights and weekends as necessary. Effectively manage controllable spend plan (e.g. accruals budget) to ensure asset availability and operational readiness.

  • Work with operations maintenance civil engineering EHS team to troubleshoot and address issues with the systems in the assigned area. Assist in the design and implementation of capital projects.

  • Manage EHS MS programs and other administrative requirements.

  • Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

What youll need:

  • High School/GED bachelors is preferred.

  • Most have a United States of America - Drivers License

  • Operations Experience - 3 -5 Years experience is required

  • Microsoft Office Suite - 1 - 2 Years experience is required

  • Leadership Experience - 1-2 Years experience is preferred

  • Industrial Environment - 1-2 Years experience is preferred

  • Kronos - 1-2 Years experience is preferred

  • Maximo - 1-2 Years experience is preferred
