HR Process Expert

Location: Wrocaw - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Core HR retained operations.
  • Understanding of all HR processes and concepts including labor law and compliance.
  • Publish data metrics for Retained Operations activities.
  • Conduct quality audits of data across the service line.
  • Oversee and collaborate with various stakeholders on vendor management.
  • Possess strong process and technical capabilities with all Core HR-related systems (global and local).
  • Review and monitor Talent processes and policies and ensure all are up to date.
  • Manage change implementation by ensuring any process/policy changes are communicated to Leadership.
  • Liaise with Talent Shared Services to provide assistance under direction of TE Leadership keeping compliance criticality in mind.
  • Participate in special projects to strategically develop implement and administer HR impact.
  • Conduct training sessions for Employees and Counselors.
  • Act as HROSS (admin) for the Core HR module (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Serve as the first line of escalation for Core HR-related issues.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Very good knowledge of labor law confirmed with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Dynamic result-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Self-motivated confident and high-energy individual with stronganalytical skills& excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A degree in HR is preferred.
  • Proficiency inWord PowerPoint Excel- working knowledge of MS office.
  • Ease in navigating computer systems.

Ideally youll also have

  • Strong communication subject matter expertise relationship-building and presentation skills.
