Head - Service & Application is responsible to direct and develop the Service & Application team to achieve customer satisfaction for Diagnostics customers and ensure the growth and profitability of the service division.
What were looking for:
Education:
B.E./ ./ M.E/MTech.
Experience:
15 - 17 years of experience in Diagnostics instruments service sector and customer handling including 5 -7 years of experience in handling technical team
Experience of handling customer and team dynamics
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

How youll thrive and create an impact:
Provide guidance and support to Service and Application/Technical team to meet customer satisfaction by implementing various service /Application norms and guidelines.
Implement various quality systems in service & Application team and ensure smooth implementation in the field.
Optimal utilization of resources by outsourcing the services to Franchisee to enhance the efficiency and increase the profitability.
Spare parts inventory management and control of SAN.
Coordinate with principals on product development and negotiation of products and spares.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/ON-GOING FUNCTIONS:

Work closely with Sales team
