The Compensation team at Wolt manages compensation programs that impact every employee globally. Our work plays a critical role in ensuring that Wolts employee value proposition remains competitive in the marketplace and financially sustainable.
As a Senior Compensation Partner you will play a key role in the development implementation and management of Wolts compensation strategy. You will be responsible for scaling compensation programs across a large business area and developing initiatives to address the unique needs of the teams within that area. This is position requires strategic thinking cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence key business leaders as we continue to grow and scale.
