Job Description
FocusKPI looking for a coordinator intern which entailsproviding HR/Recruiting support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the development of HR functions in a phase of organizational growth and is an internship to full-time position with negotiable pay rate.
Work Location:Remote San Francisco Bay Area Local candidates only (Milpitas San Francisco Bay area Silicon Valley Santa Clara San Jose etc.)
Pay rate:$3000/mo
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
HR:
- Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
- Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
- Maintaining HR department records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicates with employees about their personnel documentation and answers specific HR questions of employees.
- Interacting with health and benefit administrator and brokers.
- Helping HR manager with new hire onboarding which includes issuing the offer letter triggering the background check and all onboarding procedures.
Recruiting:
- Helping recruiting team with sourcing qualified candidates contacting candidates and coordinating the interviews
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- Education: Bachelors Degree required
- Detail oriented and self-learning
- Bilingual Mandarin-speaking is a plus
