We are looking for a highly motivated Global Mobility Senior Specialist. You will be responsible for: coordination of international assignments from initiation to repatriation across several DNV Regions. You will partner with other Global Mobility Team Members and Vendors to deliver a smooth service to the Assignees their Line Managers and other stakeholders. You will also be engaged in various regional and/or global projects where you will have the opportunity to share and implement your ideas.
This role requires strong communication analytical and consultative skills with the ability to coordinate operations collaborate with numerous internal and external stakeholders and coordinate recurring processes and projects in the fields related to Global Mobility Program management.
In your role you will:
- Manage end-to-end assignment processes for international assignees ensuring compliance with DNV policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for assignees providing support throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth relocations and high-quality service.
- Handle compensation benefits tax and social security matters including scenario calculations and compliance tracking.
- Maintain accurate data across Global Mobility systems and generate necessary documentation and cost projections.
- Drive processes support technology integration and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and share knowledge gained according to the GSS methodology to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the Team.

QualificationsTo boost your chances of success you should have:
- an academic background in Administration Human Resources or Business Management.
- demonstrable experience with Global Mobility services or international labour law - preferably minimum 4 years.
- good knowledge of the HR system landscape.
- a customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- enthusiasm passion and a proactive can-do attitude driven by a commitment to delivering excellence within the areas of Global Mobility/Relocation.
- the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Teams etc.).

- The ability to identify analyse and resolve complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
- The ability to develop and implement new ideas or ways of working with a strong adaptability to change and an eye for innovation and digital solutions.
