Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Electrical Waste Water Superintendent to oversee projects ranging from $2M to $8M. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial electrical systems and proven leadership experience.
Location: Vero Beach Fort Pierce or Port St. Lucie FL
Pay: $34 $40/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time Travel & occasional night work may be required

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise crews of electrical apprentices industrial electricians and foremen.
- Collaborate with the foreman and project manager to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Assemble install test and maintain electrical/electronic systems and components.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers transformers and related components.
- Inspect systems for hazards defects or code violations.
- Advise management on potential equipment hazards.
- Test circuits and systems for compatibility and safety using diagnostic tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience (Required).
- Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience (Required).
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficient in blueprint reading one-line diagrams and PLCs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with ability to anticipate crew needs.
- Class A CDL (Preferred).
- Experience with Wastewater/Water Treatment Plants (Preferred).
