Job Description

The role

Our Melbourne office is seeking multiple Law Graduates to join us in February 2026. We know you want practical experience and diversity and our 12-month graduate program will allow you to gain experience through rotations in at least three practices working with a number of different senior lawyers and partners from day one. You will gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of matters with experts across different specialities of law allowing you to discover your strengths and interests.

Our program is tailored to provide personalised on-the-job training formal learning programs real case experience client interaction and direct contact with partners to support your journey towards admission as a lawyer. You can expect to develop your technical legal skills commercial acumen and confidence to make the successful transition from a law student to a legal practitioner in a supportive environment.

To be successful for one of our Law Graduate positions you will have:

  • Demonstrated academic excellence throughout your tertiary studies
  • A curious mindset with high quality research skills and demonstration of critical thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Digital capability
  • Ability to build positive and respectful relationships quickly with a team player attitude
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach to solving problems

Please note this program is for students in their final year of study in 2025 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work
