Job Description
Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make a lasting impact RBHA is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide our organizations financial strategy ensure fiscal sustainability and support mission-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance and planning
- Lead long-term financial strategy forecasting and risk management
- Oversee budgeting reporting audits and compliance
- Manage capital planning investments and strategic partnerships
- Serve as the primary financial liaison to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Drive innovation through financial systems and technology
