Assist in month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations (bank credit card prepaid accruals etc.)
Maintain general ledger integrity and accuracy
Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed
Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports variance analyses and audit support
Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with budget goals and financial strategy
Help manage and maintain accounting systems and documentation
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
Assist with special projects audits and ad hoc reporting requests
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
2 years of accounting experience (multi-unit experience preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs etc.)
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and time management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in the fitness retail or franchise industry is a plus
