The Postsecondary Advisor for Greeley-Evans District 6 will serve as a relational connector coach and advocatepartnering with students to explore prepare for and transition into postsecondary pathways that align with their strengths interests and real-life goals. This role is designed to provide intensive individualized advising and community-based exposure to future opportunities at Jefferson High School Greeley- Evans Alternative Program and Northridge High School.
This is a grant-funded one-year position for the 202526 school year through the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI). The Postsecondary Advisor will work as part of an interdisciplinary team within the Greeley-Evans School District 6 (D6)Jefferson High School Greeley- Evans Alternative Program and Northridge High School.

You understand that postsecondary planning is not just a checklistits a process of discovery empowerment and self-determination.
Youre organized and proactive with a talent for helping students connect their learning to their future. You know how to build relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect and are comfortable partnering across schools families and community organizations. You see the strengths in every student and create space for them to see those strengths in themselves.
WORK SCHEDULE - This is a full-time in-person grant-funded position through June 2026 and is not guaranteed for renewal. Some evening or weekend hours may be required to support events or student availability.
SALARY - This is an exempt position with a salary range of $ based upon qualifications knowledge and relevant experience
BENEFITS - Company 401k plan with Employer Contribution Match Medical Dental & Vision Coverage Paid Time Off (Sick Time Holidays Flexible Vacation). This position is not PERA eligible.
