The Role
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning of maintenance for GMP/non-GMP process support instrumentation and equipment. Your role will be crucial in improving planning and scheduling processes across the company.
Heres What Youll Do
Plan and coordinate Process Utilities and Metrology work orders for preventative corrective maintenance and calibrations.
Collaborate with various teams like Spare Part Supply Chain Indirect procurement Maintenance Plant Engineering and CMMS to maintain inventory levels develop work schedules update work plans and resolve supplier-related challenges.
Review and update work plans as necessary and maintain ownership of the planning process.
Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to adjust PM and Calibration triggers for condition-based maintenance.
Participate in Job Safety Task Analysis to ensure all jobs are performed safely and effectively.
Manage work with outside resources such as vendors or other departments.
Process preventative maintenance extensions and ensure compliance with our quality management system.
Maintain cGMP records both paper-based and electronic.
Manage contract service providers including scheduling training on required SOPs coordination and ensuring all work and documentation aligns with cGMP requirements.
Administer and perform hazardous energy control procedures.
Establish and report department metrics.

Heres What Youll Need (Basic Qualifications)
Education: AS degree or certificate in a science/technical field or a technical trade school
Experience: 5 years of experience in business administration engineering or a related field
