Key Responsibilities

  • Defines and implements the specified market (global/regional) channel sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensures regular follow-up to achieve them.
  • Provides specified market channel strategy input to the Channel Manager.
  • Defines key targets (e.g. volume prices mix) for their respective channel in the specified market and ensures they are achieved.
  • Ensures that detailed business plans with regular follow-ups are in place.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or an Associate Degree with minimum 3-5 years of sales and channel management
  • Knowledge in Channel Management Strategy Market Segmentation Defining Key Targets Contract Agreements Business Development
  • A mindset to innovate take ownership and drive continuous improvement
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
