Job Description
Position Title:Lift Operations Supervisor
Reports To:Lift Operations Manager
Employment Status:Seasonal Full-Time Winter 25-26
Job Summary:
The Lift Supervisor is a full-time winter seasonal position. The supervisor will assist in all aspects of daily operations supervise lift operations staff prioritize safety and ensure an AWESOME guest and employee experience. We are looking for a dedicated hardworking and customer service oriented outdoor enthusiast.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help provide a friendly and positive environment for our guests to experience and our staff to work in.
- Fill in as an operator when needed. Bumping chairs.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Help with scheduling and giving out daily lift assignments.
- Help ensure all daily paperwork is filled in entirely and accurately.
- Help train all new and returning staff.
- Communicate operational needs such as paperwork tools and repairs needed.
- Know how all load and unload stations are set up and maintained and be able to direct operators in maintaining this standard.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in a lift operations lead or supervisory role.
- Able to clearly communicate written and verbally to management and crew.
- Able to access all mountain locations by skiing or riding at an intermediate level.
Other Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid Drivers License and pass an insurance driving history inquiry
- Able to travel between the Activity Barn and Brundage Mountain
- Able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
- Able to have open availability and work weekends and holidays if scheduled
