Billing Specialist
Minneapolis MN Contract to Hire $25-33/hr
Konik is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing company in the large-format printing industry to find a Billing Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and has strong skills in billing and accounting operations.
Billing SpecialistResponsibilities:
- Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner using Excel and ERP systems (Pace experience a plus)
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams including project coordinators and accounting departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting and reconciliations
- Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally regarding billing inquiries
Billing Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree in Accounting Bookkeeping Business or a related field preferred
- 15 years of experience in accounting billing or accounts receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working in ERP systems (Pace preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing distribution or large-format printing company is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
