The VP of Quality and Patient Safety is responsible for the direction and management of quality improvement patient safety and patient experience activities for the system in support of the mission goals and objectives of UofL Health. The VP of Quality and Patient Safety will facilitate meaningful clinical engagement to achieve high quality and equitable outcomes an outstanding experience for the patients and clinical teams and high-value care. The VP of Quality and Patient Safety is responsible for working collaboratively with the UofL Health leadership team to integrate quality efforts in concert with the development implementation and ongoing monitoring of clinical performance and service outcome measurements and oversight of those operations that are integral to meeting organizational quality and safety goals.
