You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Front Office Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless professional and welcoming experience for all new hires. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors while coordinating and executing onboarding tasks administrative duties and front desk operations. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate $18-$19.00
Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front desk operations including phone calls mail and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate new hire onboarding process including preparation of new hire documents welcome packets badges and workstations.
Schedule and facilitate new hire orientations and first-day introductions.
Collect and process employment paperwork in compliance with company and legal standards.
Maintain accurate onboarding checklists and employee records.
Communicate with internal departments (HR IT Facilities) to ensure all new hire needs are met.
Track completion of onboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
Support HR and management with administrative projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Keep the front office area clean organized and presentable.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
12 years of administrative HR or front desk experience; onboarding experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
