Were seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to help grow and support our Treasury Management portfolio. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving problems for clients this role could be a great fit.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Treasury Management Officers to manage and grow client relationships.
- Provide top-tier customer service and support for Treasury Management products.
- Troubleshoot issues with services like ACH Origination Remote Deposit Capture Lockbox Positive Pay and more.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing documentation.
- Deliver product demos and training to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and analysis.
- Collaborate across teams to improve products and processes.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of three years of banking experience preferably in Treasury Management Retail Banking Online Banking or Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel OneNote and Outlook preferred.
