Early Career Teacher Supply Opportunities in Scarborough

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to take your first steps in the classroom Whether youre newly qualified or part-way through your induction Castle Education can offer you flexible local opportunities in Scarborough and the surrounding area to help you grow and thrive as a teacher.

We work closely with a wide network of welcoming primary and secondary schools who regularly need enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to cover short-term absence PPA training and longer-term placements.

This is a brilliant way to gain hands-on experience in a variety of school settings while developing your skills building your confidence and making a real difference all at your own pace.

What the role involves:

• Delivering high-quality lessons using pre-set plans (or your own where needed)

• Supporting pupils of all abilities and helping them stay on track

• Adapting quickly to new classrooms and school environments

• Gaining valuable experience that supports your ECT induction

Were looking for:

• ECTs or recently qualified teachers with QTS

• Individuals who are confident enthusiastic and eager to learn

• Someone who is happy to work flexibly and build experience in a range of schools

• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
