Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) we are searching for a Manager / Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the planning and analysis for the Therapeutics functional area at Valo. We are looking for a candidate with the experience agility and influence to manage annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes spanning a complex biopharma and software development organization. This is a hybrid role reporting to the office 2-3 days per week.
As a functional area Lead the candidate will operate at all levels of Therapeutics building a strong working relationship with Valo executive leaders and business area managers to develop robust dynamic financial plans that align to Valo company strategy and support the achievement of key business objectives. The candidate will be technically strong and take pride in high-quality analysis drawing upon advanced financial acumen to ensure the integrity of the financial models underpinning the planning processes. The candidate will contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of planning models and processes. The candidate will lead strategic planning for the Therapeutics functional areas ranging from early drug discovery to partnerships.
Our ideal candidate is strategic collaborative analytical skilled in leading cross-functional projects and accountable for ensuring high-quality data and analysis.
