This Position reports to:
Global P&L and P&F ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning & fulfillment processes skills and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory on-time delivery lead-time forecast accuracy resource utilization)
- Establish and share best practices for operations planning inventory management and resource management
- Support local operations planners master schedule and material planner in case of implementation of new processes and/or tools
- Identify key roots clauses for non-performance and drive improvement initiatives across the area
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering business administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in material planning/logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills and good stakeholders relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and in a matrix organization.
- Exceptional analytical communication and leadership skills
