Business Title: Sr. Manager Procurement Analytics

As an authority in the Procurement data space you will be responsible for defining prioritizing and delivering data products that enable strategic decisions across the Procurement and broader Global Business Services organization. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams including procurement sustainability supply chain supplier quality and other business partners to deliver business-critical data-driven solutions that enable our strategic decision making.
What will you do
- Define and communicate the vision strategy and roadmap for the Global Enterprise Data Platform (the Wayfinder program) in alignment with company procurement and sustainability needs.
- Partner with executive team members data consumers and external parties to translate corporate and procurement strategies into data driven solutions.
- Lead change management and adoption of data and analytics solutions within the organization
- Validate that investments and use cases deliver expected value
- Develop and maintain a detailed product backlog ensuring that it is well-organized prioritized and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with procurement specialists data engineers data scientists and analysts to design develop and deploy data products.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal partners and the development team ensuring clear communication and understanding of product requirements and priorities.
- Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure that product development efforts are focused on delivering high-value features.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor and analyze product performance ensuring that the value delivered aligns with the business goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform near-term product improvements and longer term product roadmap.
- Ensure that data products align with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Provide regular updates to executive team members on product progress performance and future plans.
- Anticipate emerging trends and optimal practices in data product management data analytics and procurement.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in business IT finance Data Science engineering or Supply Chain
- Minimum 8 years of experience the Data Analytics or technology space
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager preferably in a data-driven environment within procurement or supply chain management is required.
- Skilled in data analytics data engineering and data science concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is a plus.
- Ability to lead multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Ability to efficiently organize forums and coordinate communication with team members.
- Excellent communication skills for structuring ideas in a clear and concise manner with technical and functional partners at various levels of the organization
- Ability to influence without direct management and lead change across the function
