About the Role:
As a Business Support Officer you will provide high-quality confidential and customer-focused administrative support to clients staff and visitors at Riverland Community Health Service part of the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. Working as part of the Business Support Team youll take part in regular team meetings and establish strong working relationships with administrative colleagues. Youll assist staff with administrative tasks manage clear and accurate message-taking and provide minute secretary duties for committees or working groups as required.
Externally you will handle client enquiries both in person and over the phone delivering relevant advice or referring them to the appropriate staff member. As a welcoming presence at reception youll ensure clients and visitors are promptly and professionally attended to playing a vital part in their overall experience.
