We are seeking aStaff Full Stack Software Engineerto join our Ads Engineering team. You will drive the next generation of our Ads Platform designing and delivering scalable solutions across both frontend and backend systems.
This is an opportunity to have end-to-end ownership of product features and contribute to a platform that serves hundreds of millions of players globally.Key

Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy full-stack features from concept to production.

• Translate product requirements into technical specifications architectural decisions and high-quality implementations.

• Ensure system reliability scalability and observability via monitoring and alerting solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers data scientists and other engineers.

• Participate in design reviews code reviews and team retrospectives.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills to Create Thrills

• Experiencein backend development.

• StrongJavaandSQLbackend expertise with a track record of building reliable and scalable APIs and services.

• Proven experience with modernJavaScript frameworkssuch asReactand/orAngular.

• Proficiency inHTML5CSS3 and core JavaScript/TypeScript (ES7).

• Experience in designing cohesive full-stack architectures that integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly.

• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand tools likeJenkinsGradle or similar.

• Strong understanding ofcloud platforms(e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and related infrastructure components.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge ofJava 8features and ecosystem.

• Experience withCSS preprocessorssuch asSASSLESS orCSS Modules.

• Background intest-driven developmentand working inUNIX-basedenvironments.

• Proficiency with version control systems particularlyGit.

• Understanding ofweb protocolsapplication servers andweb server configurations.

These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location.
