WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Ability to speak an additionallanguage (preferred)
OMVIC Certification in goodstanding (or willing to obtain)
A genuine passion for cars andsales
Previous dealership experienceis a strong asset
Strong communicationorganization and follow-up skills
Energetic self-motivated andteam-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM managementis an advantage
