Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer looking to create solutions including scripting configuration integrations and customisations.
Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for The Funding and Disclosure Reform Program within our Federal Government Clients Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ServiceNow solutions including scripting configuration integrations and customisations.
- Collaborate with business analysts user researchers and service designers to understand business requirements and translate them into iterative prototypes through to the development of final working solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis.
- Ensure system stability and performance by performing regular maintenance and upgrades.
- Work in accordance with agile principles and practices including participation in agile ceremonies.
- Document all technical designs specifications and knowledge transfer materials.
- Train and mentor junior developers.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.
- Holds a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Proficiency in using Microsoft development practices platforms and technologies (i.e. Office 365 SharePoint and Azure DevOps).
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues to minimise downtime. Well-developed communication skills including the ability to distil technical information in plain English to communicate with influence.
