- ensure our revenue strategies are implemented effectively across all distribution systems and channels
- oversee accurate and timely rate loading updates and content maintenance in all booking-relevant platforms always with a hands-on mindset
- safeguard data quality and ensure compliance with Ruby and IHG standards
- monitor system performance and interface functionality and keep things running smoothly by proactively coordinating troubleshooting with internal and external partners
- take ownership of our Guest Reservation System and keep an eye on every detail
- navigate IHG systems and standards while safeguarding Rubys commercial interests and lean luxury philosophy
- lead and coordinate cross-functional commercial projects and align the different stakeholders
- lead guide and develop the distribution team with clear direction structure and a focus on growth and task ownership
Weve been waiting for you since you have/are:
- professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management or similar
- a minimum of three years experience in the area of revenue management or distribution preferably in a lifestyle-oriented hotel business
- proven experience in managing distribution systems and coordinating different interests and stakeholders
- a clear understanding of the distribution landscape and systems such as Channel Manager GDS CRS IBE
- a structured way of working and a talent for juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing focus
- strong communication skills that help you both understand and easily connect with both tech experts and non-technical teams
- solid understanding of hotel operations distribution flows and what it takes to make systems work together
- a curious and solution-focused mindset and the drive to not only spot potential for improvement but also turn it into action
- business fluent in English both written and spoken
