The Role
As a Major Projects Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client by securing and managing major projects. You will work closely with strategic clients and cross-functional teams particularly engineering and delivery to deliver seamless and integrated solutions. This senior role within the Business Development team is crucial for aligning with our clients organizational goals and strategies.
Responsibilities
Actively contribute to achieving the Major Projects Team target.
Secure major projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide accurate revenue forecasts and regular reporting.
Build and maintain market insights and capitalize on project opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitor satisfaction levels.
Conduct win-loss analysis to improve proposal processes.
Develop high-quality innovative proposals that meet client needs.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
Track and enhance the skills and knowledge of the major projects team through training programs.
