Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing as an Energy Sales Representative:
As a key part of our growing team youll be the friendly face of Mpower connecting with homeowners and helping them make the switch to clean renewable energy. Your day-to-day will be fast-paced people-focused and full of opportunities to grow and thrive.
Your Role Will Include:
Building New Relationships: Prospecting networking and turning connections into long-term customers
Owning Your Territory: Managing your assigned area with confidence and consistency
Educating & Empowering: Helping homeowners understand the value of going green and how it benefits their homes and wallets
Guiding with Care: Supporting customers through every step of the enrollment process with a smooth consultative approach
Compensation & Perks:
On-Target Earnings: $36000 $58000 (minimum based on performance)
