We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist for a mid-shift assignment in a high-volume diagnostic imaging department. The ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of diagnostic studies including portable and OR imaging trauma cases and fluoroscopic procedures. This position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in adult acute care and emergency settings and have strong skills in radiation safety contrast administration and pediatric imaging (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities:Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic exams in various clinical settings including ER ICU and OR
Complete portable and bedside X-rays as needed
Follow established safety protocols for infection prevention contrast administration and radiation exposure
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnostic outcomes
Operate GE Siemens Philips and PACS systems to acquire and archive images
Maintain detailed documentation within Epic or other designated EMR systems
Provide compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients during procedures
Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Tech
Must be ARRT registered and BLS certified
Ability to perform portable and trauma radiographic exams independently
Preferred experience with Epic charting operating room imaging and pediatric patients
1:1 patient assignment ratio
First-time travelers accepted
48-hour contracts are not approved
No call or weekend requirements
No floating required
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
At least 1 year of clinical experience as an X-Ray Technologist
Previous charge experience preferred but not required
