Summary:

• Support the C-17 Sustainment Obsolescence and Capabilities Enhancement Programs which require modernization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

• This role plays a critical part in the transition to a new Teamcenter-based PLM system and provides engineering leadership in digital transformation efforts.

• Provide strategic direction for applying industry-standard analysis methods to improve complex engineering and manufacturing processes.

• Lead adaptation and implementation of national/industry standards for product definition data.

• Oversee strategic planning and simulation of cross-functional dependencies across the product development lifecycle.

• Act as Engineering SME for IPDM R9/2312 Change Request and Data Migration testing.

• Lead requirements integration test development and testing of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) system models with IPDM R5 and R9/2312.

• Work under consultative direction with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

• 10 years of experience with systems engineering processes

• 10 years of experience in digital engineering integration (3D modeling systems modeling simulation)

• 10 years of analytical problem solving and troubleshooting experience

• 5 years of experience developing technical presentations

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Engineering

• 15 years of experience in systems engineering

• 15 years integrating digital engineering models

• 15 years of problem-solving and troubleshooting experience

• 8 years of experience presenting technical content to senior leadership

• ABET accreditation is preferred but not required
