Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (SDLC UX Wireframes Education Domain 8 yrs)
Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid -remotely up to 80% of the time)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications:- Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
- Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
- Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
- Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
- Documented work experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements
- Documented work experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira
- Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
- Documented work experience with Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program
- Elicit and document business functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are properly implemented
- Re-engineer business processes and improve software process flows
- Develop user stories and use cases according to business analysis best practices
- Design mockups or wireframes following UX principles to visualize system functionality
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organize and manage documentation to ensure traceability and accuracy of requirements
