Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager (Agile PMP Georgia Gateway Modernization)
Location: - (Remote - candidates must reside within 400 miles)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Five years of recent and relevant project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana
- Experience measuring staff effort related to user stories and tasks in testing development and technical implementation projects
- Proficient in document management and version control
- Experience gathering and presenting information to various levels of stakeholders
- Experience managing projects involving multiple project teams
- Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate data to support decision-making
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple partners
- Conflict resolution and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse communities
- Proactive and adaptable with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in risk assessment mitigation and planning
- Manage project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain full accountability for all aspects of assigned projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and milestones
- Monitor progress identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proactively manage scope and requirement changes
- Align product roadmap with CAPS needs
- Collaborate with DECAL IT vendors partner agencies project teams and subject matter experts to ensure milestone delivery
- Supervise the project coordinator in documenting and tracking actions owners and due dates
- Coordinate multi-functional teams and manage task dependencies and schedules
- Promote team collaboration and effective communication
- Manage stakeholder communication including updates on progress blockers and next steps
- Lead planning sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Deliver projects using various methodologies including SAFe Scrum and Agile
- Support test plan development and issue management processes
- Track deliverables and communicate updates to executive leadership as needed
- Provide timely project status updates through reports and presentations
- Lead project teams toward successful project outcomes
- Support CAPS Program Administration Unit and assist team members as necessary
- Work primarily performed in an office environment with intermittent sitting standing and walking
- Must be able to speak clearly hear and comprehend at a normal conversational level
- Visual acuity sufficient for data analysis reading and computer work
- Full range of hand and finger motion for data entry tasks
