Lead IBM ODM Developer
Experience: 8 Years
Location: Brentwood TN (Day 1 Onsite) Hybrid

Skills:
Mandatory:

Java ODM or experience in Rules Engine

Java 8 Spring Boot Spring Core Hibernate Microservices
Good to Have:

Experience with Kafka Elasticsearch Jenkins GIT Jira
Responsibilities:
-
Solid understanding of U.S. Healthcare especially in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) clinicals (medications orders labs etc.)

Experience working in Agile methodology

Excellent communication skills (including fluency in English) strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Capable of planning and tracking tasks/activities

Provide technical leadership and mentoring

Strong team player with outstanding communication interpersonal and presentation skills

Experience working with multi-location and offshore teams
Educational Qualifications:
-
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc

Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
