Job Description
- Lead and support daily operations in the injection molding and maintenance departments.
- Ensure production efficiency quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical services area.
- Leverage strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery (specifically Engel Toshiba and Milacron).
- Oversee and understand tooling related to injection molding.
- Manage and troubleshoot processing of materials such as PE PP and PC.
- Identify and resolve molding defects and machinery malfunctions effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within injection molding.
- Strong understanding of injection molding machinery (Engel Toshiba Milacron).
- Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding tooling.
- Proven experience in processing materials including PC PP and PE.
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting molding defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to machinery issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
