Key Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development using and for complex web applications.

Provide architectural guidance and design scalable secure and maintainable systems.

Conduct code reviews enforce best practices and maintain coding standards.

Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business and technical requirements.

Own the quality of deliverables and support performance tuning of applications.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.

Continuously evaluate new tools technologies and frameworks to improve productivity.
Required Qualifications

5 6 years of strong hands-on experience in full-stack development with and .

Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.

Deep knowledge of software design principles microservices and scalable systems.

Proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks REST APIs and web security.

Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure or GCP).

Proficiency in version control (Git) and project documentation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.
Preferred Skills

Experience with unit testing integration testing and test automation.

Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

Familiarity with GraphQL Redux and serverless architecture.
