Job Description
- Experienced and hand on in design and architecture of DW Data lakes delta lake repositories data marts etc.
- Solid understanding of various data landscapes and formats
- Hands on ability to design architect and implement pipelines adaptive architecture
- Knowledge of various data management platforms tools ETL tools .
- Working knowledge of at least one data governance tool data catalogue
- Experience in crafting various meta data master data needs
- Deep understanding of working of snowflake architecture including layers schemas etc.
- Designing and developing robust data architectures within the Snowflake environment including data models data pipelines and data integration strategies
- Developing and optimizing data models within Snowflake ensuring data is structured and organized for efficient querying and analysis
- Able to Be Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks within Snowflake environments optimizing query performance and data loading processes
- Experience in Implementing and enforcing data governance policies and security controls within Snowflake ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Experience in Designing and implementing ETL (Extract Transform Load) or ELT (Extract Load Transform) processes to move data into and within Snowflake
- Knowledge of design principles for architecting DW / Data Lake based on organizational needs and data generation principles of various approaches eg bottom up / top down
- Knowledge and experience of implementing data lifecycle management from inception to archival phases
