About Symbiotic
At Symbiotic we are building a permissionless universal staking that empowers network builders to shape and personalise their unique staking implementation. Our goal is to minimise risks while maximising freedom for all you wonderful builders of crypto infrastructure networks. The Role
Were looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function. Youll shape how our mission is understood across audiences from protocol engineers to the crypto-curious. Youll define our strategy build systems and manage teams and drive a narrative that captures imagination and catalyses adoption.
What Youll Do
Develop and own a holistic marketing strategy spanning brand content product marketing and growth
Hire and manage contributors across comms design events
Oversee the development of compelling narrative for Symbiotic that bridges deep technical infrastructure with the retail audience
Advise on brand strategy to ensure Symbiotic resonates with the audience we aim to appeal to
Build campaigns that resonate with both developers and retail audiences driving awareness curiosity and credibility
Stay plugged into market trends and use them to position Symbiotic within key crypto narratives
Design metrics and KPIs to measure performance and ensure accountability
Who You Are
Youve led marketing for a technical crypto product (infra L1/L2 rollups ZK CEX/DEX or similar) or youve demonstrated the spark of genius that shows youre ready to
You can lead a small team but still want to be hands-on
Youre systems thinker with proven track record in branding and/or product marketing
You understand how to communicate deep infrastructure to both crypto-native builders and curious retail users
Youre excited by the challenge of building in a permissionless decentralized context
Youre deeply curious trend-aware and energised by storytelling that moves markets
