Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
Background in process engineering for heavy industries is desirable.
Experience
Sufficient years of experience in delivering digital solutions in Oil & Gas and/or Mining sectors.
Proven success in defining and executing digital strategies in industrial/capital-intensive organizations.
Hands-on experience in analytics predictive analytics and/or digital twin implementations.
Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) and Digital Twin technologies.
Experience managing change and user adoption of digital tools in industrial settings.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of:
OPC ETL IoT
Solution & Data Architecture / Data Science
Integration of OT systems (SCADA DCS PLCs) with IT systems (ERP CMMS MES)
Familiarity with platforms like:
Cognite Bentley Aveva Hexagon
E3D/S3D SPID SPI SPE SPF (Worley design tools)
Knowledge of relevant industry standards: ISO15926 ISO14224 CFIHOS DEXPI FL3DMS CAPE-OPEN
Cloud services expertise: Microservices IaaS PaaS containerization security & compliance
Agile / Scrum experience is essential

Digital Twin Project Delivery
Lead and take full accountability for delivering functional digital twins to Worley clients.
Ensure project outcomes meet quality budget and client expectations.
People Management
Build manage and lead a high-performing digital twin delivery team.
Drive team engagement and ensure capability development.
Sales Support
Review and validate proposal feasibility and delivery capability.
Support business development through expert input in the sales cycle.
Thought Leadership
Collaborate with the Next Advisory team.
Provide practical insights and critiques to shape innovative digital strategies.
