Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities via outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up
Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solution recommendations
Qualify leads and seamlessly transfer to the appropriate sales executives for closure
Champion the clients value proposition in collaboration with partners and sales teams
Empower clients with tools and insights to maximize sales performance and revenue
Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to enhance product visibility and demand
Act as a subject matter expert managing product inquiries and handling escalations
Support account teams by identifying upsell potential during early discussions
Maintain current competitive intelligence to better position solutions in the market
Previous experience as a BDR or Sales Rep in a comparable tech or SaaS environment
Skilled in communication negotiation marketing and project management
Confident in delivering virtual technical presentations to diverse audiences
Familiar with virtual applications desktop-based tools and SaaS environments
Solid understanding of licensing models upgrade paths and software platforms
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach to sales
