Job description: System Architect
Location: Yelahanka Bangalore

You Will

• Take full ownership of the system architecture for next-gen electric two-wheelers defining how batteries motors controllers cloud systems and rider interfaces come together.

• Turn ambitious product visions into clear detailed system requirements that guide engineering design and manufacturing teams.

• Evaluate current and upcoming technologies to provide practical architectural solutions that optimize cost reusability robustness and reliability across platforms while reducing development effort and cost.

• Lead system-level design reviews spot integration gaps early and drive technical decision-making at vehicle level.

• Define interface contracts across all major subsystems (BCM BMS MCU Charger HMI Connectivity) ensuring we ship reliable scalable platforms.

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Marketing hardware Firmware software and testing teams to build integrate validate and launch.

• Create and own system documentation architecture diagrams interface definitions failure analyses and traceability.

• Dig deep into functional safety cybersecurity and regulatory compliance ensuring our vehicles meet the toughest standards.

• Be hands-on during vehicle prototype builds integration testing and root-cause problem solving you wont just sit behind a desk.

• Mentor train and coach engineering teams on technical intricacies related to system design

• Be the technical heartbeat for system-level integration knowing the vehicle better than anyone else.

• Simplify complexity driving clarity across fast-moving multi-disciplinary teams.

• Own problems end-to-end from definition to launch no hand-offs no excuses.

• Communicate like a leader making sure engineering product leadership and suppliers are always aligned.

• Move fast stay flexible and keep delivering even when requirements evolve.

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

• B.E. / / M.E. / in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.

• 5 8 years of deep experience in EV system engineering vehicle integration or platform architecture preferably in two-wheelers lightweight EVs or high-performance mobility startups.

• Solid technical grounding in:

• Electric drivetrain (Motor Controller)

• Battery management systems (BMS)

• BCM/ VCU design and integration

• HMI and user app

• Charging systems and protocols

• CAN bus diagnostics and basic cybersecurity principles.

• Experience using tools like Vector CANalyzer/CANoe DOORS/Polarion Simulink and system modeling software.

• Exposure to functional safety frameworks (ISO 26262) and homologation (AIS standards preferred).

• A track record of building and shipping real vehicles or major platforms from prototype to production.

• Startup DNA bias for action comfort with ambiguity relentless focus on outcomes.

• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams

• Mentor & influence the team through the demonstration of depth of knowledge

• Continuously update to the state-of-the-art and strong appetite for learning
