Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our company’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks maintain records and ensure smooth communication between departments to contribute to overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company records databases and files.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as required.
- Handle office documentation and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in billing invoicing and financial record keeping.
- Support HR activities including attendance tracking and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
