We are looking for an Admin Specialist to support our companys growth with diverse admin tasks supporting our Italian team and our colleagues based in other offices across Europe. Key responsibilities will include supporting business travel services coordinating day-to-day operations managing documentation and assisting with invoice processing.
Delta Electronics (Italy) Srl has an office in Rome however the employee can also work from home some days per week.
The employee can choose to work with a full-time contract or with a part-time contract (minimum 25 hours per week).
The main responsibilities are:
- Business Travel Services:
- Organize and arrange business travel for employees including booking flights accommodations and transportation.
- Manage travel schedules ensure they reflect travel policies
- Invoice Processing:
- Supporting the team with invoices processing
- Coordinate with vendors and finance to track and ensure timely payments.
- Operational Support & Coordination:
- Assist with daily business operations and coordinate with departments to maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications :
- Fluent English and Italian.
- 2 years of experience in operations support administrative or travel coordination roles.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and travel arrangements.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently
