About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Integration Analyst to become a trusted technical advisor for our most important clients. Your main mission will be to lead the technical integration of our platform ensuring a smooth and successful process from day one. Youll be the expert who designs solutions solves technical challenges and builds lasting relationships working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers.

Your Responsibilities
* Integration & Client Management:
- Own the end-to-end technical integration lifecycle for strategic clients from initial discovery and solution design to a successful go-live.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of clients building trust and ensuring a seamless integration experience with the Loyal Guru platform.
- Design and architect robust and scalable integration solutions tailored to complex client needs leveraging your deep knowledge of our platform and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex technical challenges that arise during and after the integration process collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
* Technical & Strategic Collaboration:
- Work in close partnership with theHead of Integrations & Delivery to align client solutions with the teams architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handover post-integration and provide ongoing technical account management to drive product adoption and long-term success.
- Translate complex client requirements into clear technical specifications for the Product Development team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our platforms integration capabilities representing the team in discussions with Product and other departments.
What were looking for in you
- 5 years of proven experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g. Senior Integration Specialist or Solutions Architect) within a SaaS environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Data Integration and ETL tools and concepts (e.g. Talend).
- Solid grasp of SQL and/or NoSQL databases and a deep understanding of object-oriented programming languages (Python Java Go C# etc.).
- Proven experience designing managing and troubleshooting complex API integrations (REST SOAP etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to all types of stakeholders.
- An analytical problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Extra points to shine
- Previous experience in the Retail sector.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools.
