Develop and implement initiatives to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.
Customer Engagement & Experience
Work with operational teams to enhance customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Lead initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform service enhancements.
Service Standards & Training
Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to identify training needs and support the development of tailored programmes.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery.
Ensure consistent implementation of service standards across all retail catering sites.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement innovative practices and technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Lead pilot projects and evaluate their impact before wider rollout.
Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with business goals.
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless execution of new ideas.
