Job Description

Join Home Instead Lincoln and support older people in your community to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
We are currently recruiting for a companionship-based client located in Horncastle 20 hours per week Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 2 PM daily. The role is initially tempory but could turn to a permanent positon.
Pay & Perks
- 12.25 per hour 24.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

What Youll Be Doing
Youll support the client with everyday tasks and offer friendly companionship.
Typical duties include
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing meals and helping with light housework
- Medication reminders
- Supporting with errands appointments or shopping
Qualifications :
What Youll Need
- A kind caring and dependable nature
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
- The right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
