About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Tech Recruiter (mid-level or senior) to join our growing team. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engaging top talent to managing clients or hiring managers and closing offers. You can perform direct hiring or RPO (embedded model) for tech clients. Therefore you must have experience with tech in the Spanish Market (where we are landing new clients).
Your day by day:
- End-to-End Recruitment: perform different tasks along the full recruitment cycle including job briefing sourcing interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of methods (LinkedIn job boards networking referrals) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by engaging with them with a tailored and human-centric approach.
- Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with hiring managers or clients to understand their hiring needs and provide not only regular updates but also share valuable business insights.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve our internal processes and pipelines. We count on you to help us create the best experience for our candidates and clients based on scalable and modern processes.
- ATS/Data Management: maintain accurate records of candidates and jobs using our ATS and always be with a data mindset analysing and acting accordingly.
- Market Insights: stay up-to-date with market trends and talent insights to advise stakeholders effectively (e.g. salaries working models job trends etc).
Requirements:
- Career mindset: you need to be passionate about tech recruitment. To be happy at Hiire in this job you need to feel excited about creating a long-term career in recruitment alongside the company.
- Level of experience: were much more concerned about the potential and mindset you bring to the table than years of experience. However we are looking for someone automonous in tech hiring and not a junior person.
- Languages: Were operating internationally so you need to be fluent in English. Also since we have some local projects that require Portuguese fluency you also need to be fluent in Spanish.
- Motivated to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously by maintaining a method: yes recruitment can easily become a mess. Multiple positions stakeholders high levels of subjectivity etc. We believe in consistency to achieve long-term results. Thats why we need someone excited about managing different tasks simultaneously by maintaining high levels of organisation and method.
- Proactive self-motivated and eager to learn: we expect you to act proactively. We do not expect to hire someone to help us change the world of recruitment by waiting for guidance every single day. Were looking for someone who aims to build their own path and work with a high level of ownership.
- Team player: we found out that we go nowhere alone and thats why were constantly discussing ideas analysing data together and trying different ways to achieve better results. We expect you to challenge us and to bring positive energy to our discussions.
Our Offer:
- Total compensation: up to 3.000 a month plus Commissions (individual performance) plus Bonus (which can give you more 3 salaries a year depending on the performance of the company.
- We work full remote in Spain with a B2B / Freelancing contract
