German-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Start Date: August 21 2025 (after training)
Hours: Part-Time (20 hrs/week MonFri)
Pay: 15/hour performance bonuses

About the Role
Join TalentWorldGroup a people-first multilingual contact center as a German-speaking SDR supporting a top client in the vacation rental industry. This is a pre-sales role focused on lead qualificationnot closing deals.
Your Responsibilities
- Cold call and follow up with vacation rental homeowners in Germany
- Handle inbound/outbound leads
- Qualify leads based on client criteria
- Assign qualified prospects to Sales Managers
- Maintain records in Pipedrive CRM
- Participate in KPI reviews and improvement meetings
What You Bring
- Fluent German strong English
- Cold calling or SDR experience
- Familiarity with CRMs (Aircall Pipedrive preferred)
- Organized persuasive goal-driven
Schedule (CET)
- Morning: MonFri 10:0012:00
- Afternoon: MonThu 16:0018:30
- Training: August 21 (4 to 5 hrs unpaid)
